How To Make An Authentic Pizza

by Gwen Lowe

Everyone in the entire world actually loves pizza because it is a food that is both delicious and is also able to satisfy the stomach. Now what many people do not know is that they do not need to go to a restaurant to eat a nice and authentic pizza as he can just make one at home. As long as he has a good recipe and knows the basics, then he just has to get a little creative and make a good one.

Now before anything else, he has to make sure that he handles the dough well. Now before even touching the dough, he has to make sure to turn on the oven and heat it up a little. Now if one does not know what temperature to preheat the oven in, then he can just put it at a standard temperature of around three hundred degrees.

Immediately after the preheating, he has to make sure that the dough is fine. Now when it comes to making the dough, he can actually buy one that is already pre made so that he does not need to start from the bottom. However, if he would want a more authentic taste, then he may actually just make his own one.

Once that has been taken care of, then the next thing to do would be to add the sauce. It is here that one can be a little creative as he can add a few things in the sauce other than just use the regular tomato sauce from the supermarket. He can add extra garlic or other things to the sauce if he would want.

Of course he has to make sure that there is also an abundance of cheese on his pizza because it is one of the key ingredients there. Now the usual one to use would be mozzarella cheese as one could see if he would visit a pizza parlor. However, the creator may actually try other variations like parmesan or other gourmet cheese that may be used in order to alter the taste.

After adding the cheese, then one should now put the toppings. Now here is where one can get creative as he may put as many toppings as he would want. He may range from mushrooms, to bell peppers, to ham, to pineapples or maybe even all of them.

Now before he would put the dough into the oven, he may put a little more extra flavorings so that he will be able to add more taste. Some of the good things to put would be some garlic flakes or some chili flakes. Of course he may pour some extra olive oil on to the pie before putting it into the oven.

Of course when all of that is already done, then one has to now put the thing into the oven. All he has to do is wait for the pizza to bake and just watch it from time to time to make sure it does not get burned. After being baked, he can then take it out, let it cool down for a while, then start giving cutting slices.
